“Koch ein!” mit dem SWR auf YouTube

Vorräte anlegen, Dinge haltbar machen, ressourcenschonend mit Lebensmitteln umgehen und nachhaltig denken – das sind Themen der Zeit. “Koch ein!” ist ein neues On-demand-Format im Youtube-Kanal des SWR, das sich ausschließlich dem Einmachen widmet. Profikoch Timo Böckle aus Böblingen vermittelt in diesem Videokochbuch die dazu erforderlichen Handgriffe und den Spaß am Selbermachen. Jede Woche wird hier eine neue Anleitung hochgeladen. Köstlich, haltbar, selbst gemacht

Wie war das, als die Verwandtschaft eine reiche Obst- und Gemüseernte verarbeitete und für den langen Winter haltbar machte? Wer es verpasst hat, Mutter, Großmutter, Onkeln und Tanten über die Schulter zu schauen, kann sich dieses Wissen jetzt aneignen, und zwar in “Koch ein!” Die neue Video-Reihe im Youtube-Kanal des SWR ist spezialisiert auf: köstlich, haltbar, selbst gemacht.

Nachhaltig Denken auch in der Küche

Einkochen ist besser als Hamstern oder gar Wegwerfen: Wer wissen möchte, wie man mit Lebensmitteln gut umgeht, lernt mit “Koch ein!”, wie man regionale, saisonale Lebensmittel einfach zubereitet und haltbar macht. Profikoch Timo Böckle aus Böblingen präsentiert traditionelle Küchentechniken und passt sie modernen Gegebenheiten an. Er zeigt Schritt für Schritt, wie’s geht und lädt zum Nachmachen ein. Als neugierige “Küchenhilfe” schaut SWR Moderatorin Lea Wagner dem Koch in die Töpfe.

Große Netzgemeinde von Kochbegeisterten

Im Netz gibt es eine große Community von Menschen, die sich für Food- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen interessieren. Rotkohl Asia Style

In der ersten “Koch ein!”-Folge, die ab sofort auf dem SWR Youtube-Kanal zu sehen ist, gibt es “Rotkohl Asia Style”. Timo Böckle zeigt, wie einfach das geht. Für den “Asia Style” sorgen Ingwer, Chili und ordentlich Knoblauch. Der Kohl kostet nicht viel, ist ruckzuck im Einmachglas und das Beste: Man kann das leckere Gemüse noch lange nach der Rotkohlsaison kalt oder warm genießen. Am kommenden Wochenende, 15.
