On the beach

My name is Wolfram Fiedler and I'm a Web Designer from Germany. This is my second submission to Open Web Design. It is a clean and simple layout that uses the CSS Frame and the Partial Opacity technique of Stu Nicholls.

The palm at the left was made by me with MACROMEDIA Fireworks as well as every image editing.

I tested the design/layout on a PC with IE 6.x and FIREFOX 1.5x and it looks nearly the same.
