My name is Jon Carico, I'm a web designer who lives in the United States. This is my fourth template submitted to Open Web Design, and I plan to keep submitting more of my works here.

I learned HTML and CSS from OSWD, which has, by the way, been recently updated! How about that. Honestly, it surprised me. It has been a while. If you find any bugs in this design, please email me at jon_carico {at} hotmail.com, and I'll try to fix them and update the design.
