Note that Demicron doesn't take any responsibility against damage this 
applet may do to your system or another. The applet is freeware and 
may be used commercially by anyone. It may not be altered in any way.

Description:

This applet can be used to separate text lines horizontally or 
vertically if using tables. The user can specify 1:st and 2:nd
saturation colors. The line is random but a new value is the mean
value of the earlier with a random value. This is done to make the
line smoother. Takes little processing power.

Configuration:

* "demicron" (must be "www.demicron.se") Required parameter.
* "reg" (must be "A00026") Required parameter.
* "width" (integer number) Applet width.
* "height" (integer number) Applet height.
* "background" (hexadecimal value) Background color.
* "beamcolor1" (hexadecimal value) 1:st beam color.
* "beamcolor2" (hexadecimal value) 2:nd beam color.
* "sleeptime" (integer number) Time between frames.
* "beamwidth" (integer number) Beam width. Should be around 4.
* "horizontal" (text "yes" or "no") Do you want the line to be have a
  horizontal orientation?
